Prime Construction is a full-service general contractor that can assist you from conception to completion of your project. Some services we offer include kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, windows/doors, and roofing. We will manage all your carpentry, electrical or plumbing projects. All work in done in-house so there is never any need for sub-contractors, or the delays they cause. Kitchens: Prime Construction understands how to make the most of your space. First our designer will creating a CAD drawing that gives you a 3-D look at your new kitchen. From there, you will receive a comprehensive contract detailing every item and phase. We gently guide you through material selections including cabinets, countertops, lighting and flooring. Once in your home we will complete your project in a professional and timely matter. We have installed all types and price ranges of cabinets. Bathrooms: Luxurious master bathrooms, hall bathrooms and powder bathrooms all receive our unique attention. We install plastic floor protection so that your carpets are safe and cover doorways with plastic to minimize dust. We will give you the best advice on product choices and use only the highest quality construction materials. We work with terrazzo, granite, solid surface and ceramic materials to give you a variety of choices and designs. We are very familiar with the plumbing requirements for today's body sprays, personal showers and whirlpool tubs.

Basements: It's your private retreat after a hard day - a place for the kids to play when its raining. It can be an extra bedroom and bathroom for guests. Your basement has many possibilities and Prime Construction has helped many of our clients utilize this dark, unused area. We've built theaters, private spas, bars, and game rooms, all using our in-house CAD design. Small details can personalize this space, such as drywalled ceilings, recessed can lights or specialty storage areas. Prime Construction will be your guide through the maze of details, large and small, so that you can enjoy your new-found space.

Additions: When you need more space, Prime Construction can give it to you. If you need another bedroom, a larger kitchen or a portico we have the experience to create an aesthetically pleasing structure. Our design specialists will work with you to ensure that your needs are met.

Windows/Doors: Prime Construction offers a complete remodeling and finishing package for windows and doors. We can supply and install Anderson or Pella windows, wood interior doors, fiberglass exterior doors and storm doors. We include all millwork, such as casing, in our estimates. We also specialize in installing interior mouldings such as crown moulding, wainscoting, dado trim, chair rail and exterior trim applications like crown moulding, dentil trim or window mantles. Our application specialists can paint or stain your new windows, doors and millwork using the highest quality materials for a stunning finish that showcases your new products and beautifies your home.

Roofing: For all your roofing needs, Prime Construction is there. A complete roofing project or minor repair get the same attention to detail by our professional roofer. We use Grace Ice and Water Shield and other top quality materials to ensure against leakage and promote the longevity of your roof. Velux skylites are extremely popular today and the natural light brings beauty into your surroundings that no artificial light source can imitate.
